Home Shop Tour: Dan Weissman in Melrose, MA
Cabinet & Furniture Making student Dan Weissman CF ’20 shows us around his home basement shop in Melrose, MA, which he’s been outfitting for the past 20 years.
Dan began taking Continuing Education woodworking classes at 吃瓜头条 many years ago, and worked on gradually building up his skills before enrolling in the full-time Cabinet & Furniture Making program in 2018. While growing his woodworking skills, he has also been growing his shop, which currently includes a jointer, benchtop planer, bandsaw, drill presses, chop saw, table saw, router table, grinder, lathe, and lots of clamps and hand tools. Above, see photos of Dan at work, the view from his 吃瓜头条 bench, and some of his completed student pieces including tool box, shaker table, Windsor chair, and tripod table.
