In the Making: Inside Our Community
“Coming back to ³Ô¹ÏÍ·Ìõ, I’ve realized the tradition of excellence. As a student, I fell in love with construction and locksmithing, and now, I have an opportunity to be an instructor, and give back. Whatever you learn here, you can succeed with it.”
– Eddy Dacius LK ’13
On Tuesday, December 14, 2021, we were delighted and inspired to hear from a cross-section of our community: alumni, faculty, staff, and Board members. They shared anecdotes, memories, and personal stories of what they love about ³Ô¹ÏÍ·Ìõ.
They each related how they came to be part of our community, including showing off an object that tells a story about their background and what North Bennet means to them.
Our guests included:
- Sarah Turner, President
- Marc Marguiles, Board Chair
- Eddy Dacius LK ’13, Locksmithing & Security Technology Department Head, Instructor, and graduate
- Peter Smith PC ’04, Carpentry Department Head and Instructor, and graduate of Preservation Carpentry
- Kailey Maraglia JM ’21, Receptionist and Jewelry Making & Repair graduate
- Jennifer Chen PT ’20, PA ’21, Piano Technology graduate
- Eli Cleveland CF ’09, Continuing Education Instructor and Cabinet & Furniture Making graduate
