After college, I spent some time working for the US Department of Energy promoting alternative fuel vehicles and then for a private company selling electric cars.
As a lifelong tinkerer and all around do-it-yourselfer, I felt I needed to better align my professional aspirations with my passion to build and create. I love the outdoors and exploring New England with my friends and family. Growing up in New Jersey, I still feel there is so much to explore.
I looked for a school where artisans thrive and want to pass along knowledge and wisdom of their craft. From the Alumni that continue to support and engage with ³Ô¹ÏÍ·Ìõ to the students who sometimes stay hours at the end of each school day, it’s obvious that this isn’t your typical school experience. I wanted to be be a part of that unique learning experience which is why I decided to enroll in the Preservation Carpentry program.
